Availability of Mounting Kit for Older Thule Ski Rack on Three Inch Wide Crossbars
Question:
2019 Toyota Rav4 . I have installed crossbars recently. The cross bars are just under 3 inches wide. Hoping to adapt my current rack and not replace with a complete new Thule rack. If you have an alternative conversion kit for my older Thule ski rack

The Mounting Kit for Thule Flat Top Rooftop Ski and Snowboard Racks # 7533998 is only compatible with the Thule 724 and 725 ski rack. You will need to identify your current ski rack in order to find a mounting kit that fits.
Assuming you have the TH724 or TH725, you will be able to use the # 7533998. Since this fits crossbars narrower than 3-3/4" wide, this would also work with your 3" wide crossbars you just installed.
If you are unable to identify your rack, please send me a picture of your current Thule ski rack and I will help you find which one you have.
