Best Trailer Hitch and Wiring for a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L

I want to order a tow hitch. Which one do you recommend? Also, I will need associated hardware, wire harness and what else do you recommend? Thank you

For your application I recommend going with the Curt Trailer Hitch # C97JR which looks really clean once installed on your 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L (see attached photo) plus it comes with a mounting bracket that you can use with part # 18144 so that you have an easy way to mount the recommended T-One # C27BR wiring 4-Way connector right next to the hitch receiver.
Aside from that the only other thing you'll need is a ball mount kit like the Curt # C45534 which comes with everything you need plus a hitch cover to help keep road debris out of your hitch receiver.
