Troubleshooting Light Up Hitch Step Where Running Lights Stopped Working
Question:
I have the hitch step CR-600LED and the running lights no longer work but the brake and turn signals LED.s still work fine. Any suggestions on what the problem could be with this hitch step? Thanks

Hopefully it's just a bit of corrosion on the running light circuit of the 4-way connector on either the vehicle side or the side of the # CR-600LED. Try taking sandpaper to the pins of the 4-way to clean them off and most likely it will start working again.
