Troubleshooting the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 6 point System w/ Inside Panel Communication Issues

Question:

I have a Lippert Ground Control 3.0 6 point leveling system on my 2021 Wildwood Elite 36FL. The outside panel by the hitch box works as it should. However, the control panel inside the coach powers up and appears normal except it doesnt recognize any battery voltage or leveling system. It is as if the monitor/control panel is a basic blank tablet with no connected features. If an error were to occur on the outside basic function panel, I would not be able to clear it easily as the clearing of errors has dominantly been done on the inside panel. Any help would be appreciated.

I contacted the manufacturer regarding this issue. They informed me that since your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System 6-Point Set # LC675817 is working fine outside and the inside panel is powering on, that you are having a communication error. They recommended that you check the communication wires to make sure that all of the connections are solid and not loose. If the connections all seem good they recommended testing the resistance on the communication wires. They said you would be looking for 120 Ohms with out the power hooked up.
