The best way to lock the Malone SaddleUp Pro Kayak Carrier # MPG1001 to the Thule TracRac TracONE # TH27000XTB on your 2020 Jeep Gladiator is by using a cable lock like the part # e98891. You could order 2 of these and use one to wrap through the brackets for the SaddleUp and around the crossbars of the ladder rack.
Since the SaddleUp isn't designed to add locks and the TracONE doesn't have locks for the ends of the crossbars a cable lock is your best option.
