What Activates 12 Volt Accessory Circuit of 7-Way from # ETBC7
Question:
I have installed ETBC7 in my Sienna, tested 7 pin connector, all worked seeing 12V when it’s on except top right pin which is for 12V charging, no voltage at all. Do you know what is cause of the issue?

Expert Reply:
The 1:00 pin of a 7-way is the 12 volt accessory circuit which on the # ETBC7 would be the circuit you ran up to the positive pin of the 12 volt battery with the included black wire and breaker. It's possible you didn't run this circuit as not every trailer needs it, or the wire came off of the battery.
