Recommended Trailer Hitch for 2021 Audi Q5 Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle

I’m looking for a hitch for a 2021 Audi Q5 TFSI/PHEV for a bike rack. Your labeling suggests only the Curt C13331. The StealthHitch AUD391Q518T appears to exclude the 2021 Q5 PHEV. Is the Curt C13331 the only hitch for my vehicle?

You are correct, the only hitch that is confirmed to fit your 2021 Audi Q5 Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13331. Although the receiver tube cannot be completely removed like the Stealth Hitch, it does have a concealed cross tube so only the receiver will be visible at the back of your vehicle.

It has a maximum towing weight of 5,000 lbs and maximum tongue weight of 750 lbs which will be more than enough for your bike rack. Make sure to check your owner's manual for your vehicle's towing/tongue weight capacity since that will be the limiting factor. This hitch has a gloss black powder coat finish and comes with a limited lifetime warranty.

If you plan on doing some towing, I recommend the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT. Since you have the PHEV I would recommend this wiring harness over the others because it uses zero-contact interface sensors that clamp on instead of splicing into the wiring on your electric vehicle so there is no risk to your electrical system.

For a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip, I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. This kit comes with a 1-7/8" and 2" ball, along with a ball mount bag to store everything in.
