Clearance Needed For Installing The Furrion Chill RV Air Conditioner
Question:
I have a trailer with a 14”x14” 3.5” thick roof. from that hole what clearance in front, behind, and side do I need to have clear from obstruction to install and operate? Thanks

Expert Reply:
The Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System - Manual - 13,500 Btu - White # FR52PR is 34-7/8" long x 27-9/16" wide with the front on the unit being almost lined up with exactly with the cutout hole in your RV's roof. I spoke with a Furrion technician and they only list that you'll want to have approximately 18" behind the unit for air flow. The sides of the rooftop unit also have louvers for air flow, so I personally recommend giving it about a foot of space along the sides as well.
