Is The Extang Trifecta ALX Soft Tonneu Bed Cover Folding - Vinyl Easy To Remove

Question:

We have a 5th wheel. Hitch and pull a trailer. How easy is it to completely remove this cover? I don’t want to install any side rails, I just want to use the tonneau cover when we aren’t hitched up to keep stuff dry.

Since you do not need to install any rails for the Extang Trifecta ALX Soft Tonneau Bed Cover - Folding - Vinyl, part # EX42TR, installation and removal is really simple. This tonneau cover is a traditional tri-fold design that rests on top of the bed rails. When it is time to remove this tonneau cover all you have to do is the following: fold the tonneau cover, slide the clamps toward the center of the truck bed, and undo the torque knobs at the bulkhead of the truck bed. It weighs just 35 lbs, so it is not particularly heavy.
