Unfortunately, neither Firestone nor AirLift offer an air helper spring fit for the 24K GVWR Ford F-53 chassis.

We do offer a helper spring option that will work for you, however. I'd recommend the SumoSprings Maxim helper springs, part # SSR-187-54-1 which is compatible with a 2018 Fleetwood motorhome on a 24K GVWR Ford F-53 chassis. A progressive load control spring like the SumoSpring has some advantages over an air helper spring system. There are no air bags or lines to deteriorate over time and leak, and zero maintenance needed. Because the weight of your motorhome won't vary by much, the adjustability provided by air helper springs isn't as crucial in this application. The springs offer up to 7000 of support.
