Is it better to run in tow mode instead of performance mode

I would run the Superchips Flashpaq F5 Performance Tuner # SU1845 in performance mode unless you are towing. The performance mode will give you the most power and fuel efficiency whereas the tow mode does similar but it also affects how the transmission shifts to optimize for towing a trailer which wouldn't be needed if you weren't towing.
