Getting the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller # RED44FR installed on your 2021 Lexus LX 570 will require a few things, including an existing 4 Flat. It looks like this may come from the factory with a 4 Flat, but I honestly wasn't able to find much info on how your vehicle was wired.
With that said, you will need our Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7. This will piggyback off a 4 Flat and will get it upgraded to a 7 Way. It will also include all the needed wiring, brackets, and circuit breakers needed to get the controller working properly.
After all the wire is run and connected, you can then install the Redarc # RED44FR in the place of your liking. One of the big pluses with the Redarc is that it will have one of the cleanest installs out there as only the adjustment/manual override knob will be visible. This can also handle up to 6 brakes (3 axles) and is a very versatile controller, making it highly recommended.
