Troubleshooting Jacks on Lippert Ground Control Not Going Down

Jacks won’t go down ,says to hold retract button motor keeps running on retract until I push enter

From what I have found it sounds like you have the "retract timeout return levelers for service" error. In order to clear this error you will need to push enter and retract simultaneously. This will clear the error and the system will go back to normal operation again.
