Dont have a hitch

You have a couple options to carry bikes on your 2013 Dodge Durango without having a trailer hitch. The easiest and most convenient route would be a trunk mount bike rack. There are many trunk mount bike racks available for your Durango, so I have attached a link to all of the compatible bike racks.
Of the bike racks that will fit, I recommend looking at the Thule OutWay. This bike rack is available in a 2 bike version, # TH45JV, or a 3 bike version, # TH56BV. The Raceway uses only 2 ratcheting cables that will last longer and provide a more secure connection over the traditional 4-6 nylon straps. I have attached a demonstration video of this bike rack for you to check out.
The other option that you have would be a roof mount bike rack, but this route usually requires more of an investment. To use a roof mount bike rack, you must have a roof rack with crossbars that run side to side on your Durango. If have a factory roof rack on your Durango, then I recommend looking at the Thule UpRide Bike Rack, # TH599000. This bike rack will fit your factory crossbars.
I have attached a link to all of our roof mounted bike racks if you are interested in this option.
If you do not have a roof rack, then you could add an aftermarket roof rack with the Rhino-Rack ROC25 Roof Rack for Naked Roofs - Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black, Item # RR35SR
