Yes, the Thule Hitching Post Pro - Folding Tilting 4 Bike Rack w Anti-Sway - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # TH934XTR will fit either a 1-1/4 inch or a 2 inch hitch receiver on your 2005 Ford Focus ZX4 ST. The measurement of the Hitching Post Pro from the center pinhole of the rack's shank to the upright bar of the carrier is 13-1/2 inches. If you already have a hitch installed, the 13-1/2 inches is surely enough room to avoid any bumper clearance issues.
If you need a compatible hitch, the only option we carry for a ZX4 ST is the Curt Hitch Receiver - 1-1/4" # C11294. It is important to note that this hitch is only confirmed to fit sedan models. While we do not have an exact measurement of the bumper clearance length for this hitch on your 2005 Ford Focus, we do have a video of the Hitching Post Pro fitted onto a similar hitch on a 2009 Ford Focus. It is clear from the attached video that you will not have any trouble with the Hitching Post Pro on your 2005 model with the # C11294.
If you want locks for your Hitching Post Pro, I recommend the Hitch Lock # THSTL2 along with the Thule Cable Lock # TH538XT. With these two parts, your bikes and the rack itself will be protected. Also, if you plan on using women's bikes, step-thru bikes, or children's bikes, you will need a Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar # 64005 to attach to the support arms.
