What is Advantage to SumoSprings that are Two Piece Instead of One Piece
Question:
I have the old style, one piece black, SumoSprings on my 2018 Allegro Open Road 34PA 26,000 lbs. chassis. Would there be any benefit to replace them with the new redesigned two piece blue SumoSprings.

The two piece design like the part # SSF-173-40-2 does allow the suspension to work better in the top of its travel since it can allow the sections to separate uninhibited. A one piece design would work to prevent the suspension from topping all the way out which could turn into a harsher ride quality. This would make bigger bumps on highway feel sharper since the suspension can move as much.
