Curt T-Connector No Longer Working On a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan
Question:
I have a 2016 Grand Caravan .I purchased wire harness c56331 in 2016. Now running lites dont work. Tested and found no continuity thru the convertor black box possiby fault is in another mysterious component about 1 inch square that has 1 brown and yellow wire going into it and 2 yellow and browns coming out. Is it possible to purchase and replaced the black box and the mysterious 1 inch square component only without having to rewire everything?

I do have a recommendation as Curt does not offer the replacement components that you are looking for on your Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56331 for your 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan.
I have noticed is not everyone secures the black converter box on their vehicle. If the box is left free it tends to become more easily damaged. For this reason it is best to use the included double-sided tape and if at all possible secure the top hole with a screw into a solid structure that will hold it in place. You can reuse your 12 volt power wire as that is generally the most difficult portion of the installation. I do recommend checking the connections on that wire to ensure they are still solid and do not have a bunch of corrosion built up that may diminish the 12 volt power traveling through the wiring.
