Trailer Lamps Flashing Like Hazards When Brake Is Pressed

It says my green wire ahs yellow wire are turn signals and brakes but If I hook up like that you hit brakes the lights flash like hazard

The Bargman # 30-92-001 would typically be used on the passenger side of a trailer, with # 30-92-003 being used on the driver's side. The white wire on either lamp is grounded to the trailer frame, while the black wire carries the running lamp circuit and the green wire carries the turn signal/brake lamp circuit.
When trailer lamps act up as you describe, it's typically caused by a poor ground connection. The white ground wire from the trailer connector typically grounds to the trailer somewhere on the trailer tongue. Make sure this connection is securely made to clean, bare metal. For a super-reliable ground connection, I like to remove the ground screw/bolt, sand down an area about the size of a dime around the bolt hole down to bare metal. Install a star washer between the ground wire's ring terminal and the ground screw and tighten it back up. The star washer will bite into the frame, making for a good ground. Once it's attached, I like to give the connection a quick shot of rust inhibiting spray paint to protect the connection from corrosion. You'll want to do the same for the ground connection for each lamp, and make sure each lamp is grounded to the trailer frame or to metal that's in direct contact with the frame.
