In order to install the Hayes Genesis Trailer Brake Controller on a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 you will need the Universal Wiring Adapter for Hayes Trailer Brake Controllers part # HA81789-HBC. This will wire up to the brake controller pigtail in the glovebox which you can get from the dealer if you don't have.
