If you remove the batteries (which should always be done anyways) and front fenders prior to loading them on the bike rack then yes, the RockyMounts MonoRail Bike Rack # RKY10004 will work for you. That doesn't really sound appealing to be honest so instead I recommend using a bike rack that secures the bikes by the frame.
The best solution if the Yakima OnRamp # Y36FR which can handle up to 66 lb bikes and comes with a loading ramp to make loading/unloading your bikes easier.
If you want something more cost-effective then you can use the Saris Freedom Bike Rack which is designed for standard wheel widths as part # SA4412B or for fat tires bikes as part # SA4412B-FB.
The Saris Freedom doesn't cost as much as the OnRamp but you will have to lift the bikes up into place plus the design is a little more tricky to secure the bikes. I am attaching some review videos for you to check out and compare for yourself.
