1-Bike Rack For 2 Inch Hitch That Can Carry Heavy, Fat Tire Bikes
Question:
Im interested in the Rola 59308 which has the 2 hitch. I only see the 59307 on your site. Do you have the 59308?

The Rola Convoy for a 2 inch hitch was discontinued some time ago, which is why it isn't showing up. There is a good alternative that is similar to the Convoy in that it is a 1-bike rack that fits in a 2 inch hitch and is able to carry heavy bikes with fat tires, and that's from RockyMounts:
- RockyMounts MonoRail Solo Bike Rack for 1 Bike # RKY10007
The MonoRail # RKY10007 has a 60 lb capacity and fits tires up to 5 inches wide; it also comes with a hitch lock to secure the rack and a cable lock to secure your bikes to the rack. It is better than the Convoy in a couple ways, however, starting with the fact that the MonoRail weighs just 25 lbs, which is half what the Convoy weighs. The Monorail also has a lifetime warranty compared to the 5-year warranty the Convoy had, which speaks to the differences in quality.
