Thank you for all that info, and we do have the exact kit you need to replace the electric drum brakes on your toy hauler with 6,000 lb Dexter axles. The kit that comes with everything you need, including hubs with an 8 on 6-1/2" bolt pattern and 1/2" wheel studs is from HydraStar:
- HydraStar Disc Brake Kit with Actuator for Triple Axle Trailers # HSE7K-TR1
The HydraStar # HSE7K-TR1 comes with hub-and-rotor assemblies that fit the spindle of your Dexter 6k axle, an electric-over-hydraulic brake actuator, and the necessary brake lines for a triple triple axle trailer.
So it has all the necessary parts, and though this kit says it is for 7k axles, that just means it has a 13 inch rotor so it will work superbly with your 6k axles. There are no disc brake kits for 6k axles that have an 8 on 6-1/2" bolt pattern, which is why this kit is exactly what you need.
And finally, since you have electric brakes, you should already have a breakaway kit, but just to be thorough, if for some reason you do not have one you would also need the Hopkins Engager Push-To-Test Trailer Breakaway Kit w/ Built-In Charger # 20099.
