An Air Lift air spring kit that fits your 1997 Ford F-350 would not be considered an overload spring. Overload springs are a separate spring that attaches to the rear leaf spring pack that looks like it only connects in the middle of the pack and not to the ends. This allows the suspension to work like normal but once it gets compressed far enough an additional spring adds more support.

So if you do have the overload springs you'd want the part # BWGNRK1110 that you referenced but if you do not have them you'd want the part # BWGNRK1100 instead.
