Which Redarc In-Vehicle BCDC Battery Charger for 200 AH Battery Bank

Should I upgrade to the Redarc 25 amp or just go for the 40 amp for my travel trailer with 200 AH lithium battery bank?

The Redarc In-Vehicle BCDC Battery Charger, # 331-BCDC1225D is certainly adequate for your 200 AH battery bank. However, I suggest using the Redarc In-Vehicle BCDC Battery Charger, # 331-BCDC1240D as it will more quickly restore that battery bank and be available for a larger battery bank in the future if you choose to. In addtion, doing so is a relativly minimal cost to go from the # 331-BCDC1225D that is ideal for battery banks from 75AH to 200 while the # 331-BCDC1240D is rated to handle battery banks up to 600 AH.
You will need part # 331-FK60 which are 60 amp fuses to protect both the starter battery and the auxiliary battery.
