The Draw-Tite # DT45MR is designed to work with the 2.7L and 3.0L engines in a 2020 GMC1500, so it will be the one I recommend for you. The Curt # C31088 is built with different brackets and will not able to be used, unfortunately. However, the # DT45MR is rated up to 9,000 pounds of line pull capacity and 500 pounds of tongue weight, so it is a highly capable hitch and will definitely serve you well.
