How to Set Up Zero-Point Calibration of Lippert Ground Control 3.0 RV Leveling System

When I press the up and down button 5 times the LED does not light up.

It sounds like you're trying to do the zero-point calibration of your Lippert # LC358590 Ground Control 3.0 leveling system, is that correct?
I spoke with my contact at Lippert, who advises that you will need to turn the touchpad off, then press the front button 5 times, then the rear button 5 times to get into calibration mode. This will reset the system for you.
