Can You Install Wire A Wall Switch To A MaxxAir Roof Vent

Item #MA00-04751KSX We would like to replace our existing fan with one that can be wired to our existing wall switch. We would also like the color to be “smoke”. Do you carry a fan that meets our needs?

We do have what you're looking for, the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00-07500K. This is a vent that can be controlled via a remote that can be wall mounted. We have this similar question come up in the past and MaxxAir mentions that yes it can be technically done, they do not recommend wiring their fan to a separate switch as their fans are designed to have a constant 12V feed, and when an external switch is used there will be a short spike in voltage every time the switch is turned on.
