What I'll do is go ahead and give you a couple options so you can make the right choice for your needs and budget. One thing that both racks will have in common is that they will both tilt down, and will have the necessary clearance from your bumper to fold up when not in use. That said, let's go ahead and start with the single best option, which is from Kuat and comes in your choice of three different colors:
