The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2061 is designed to fit the Cutaway, Cab and Chassis, and Motorhome models of 2008 Ford E-350, so this will be the kit I recommend for you. This has a 3,200 pound load leveling capacity at 100 psi and will definitely help if you are getting any kind of sag, but also with body roll while turning. If you ever need, these can also be deflated down to 5 psi, returning you to as close to your stock ride as possible.
One add-on I always suggest with an air bag system is a compressor as they allow you to adjust the pressure on the fly.
The Firestone Air Command I # F2158 will have plenty of power to fill the # F2061 and it will do so with both bags simultaneously. The Firestone Air Command II # F2178, on the other hand, will be able to fill each bag separately due to it being dual path, but to be perfectly honest, the single path # F2158 will work totally fine for your E-350.
