Will Yakima Bike Rack Have Enough Clearance for Class C Motorhome

Question:

Will this fit a 2014 Thor Citation SR? 2013 Mercedes Benz 3500 based Class C RV with a rear slide out? Thanks for your time.

The Yakima LongHaul 4 Bike Rack for 2" Hitches # Y02476 measures 8" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the upright bar. As long as you have 9" or less from the center of the hitch pin hole on your hitch to the back of your motorhome this bike rack will fit just fine. Be mindful that the bike in the position closest to that upright bar will have the handlebars sticking out so that might affect what bike can be in that position.

If you have more than 9" to the rearmost part of your motorhome then I recommend checking out the Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR which has 13-1/2" of clearance and has similar (but upgraded) features compared to the etrailer rack.
