Fifth Wheel Hitch Recommendation for a 2000 GMC Crew Cab Dually

I want to know if there are brackets to mount under bed of an 8 foot bed trailer is 13500 with ball wait 2450 want the best set up I can get

Yes, there are fifth wheel brackets and rails available for your 2000 GMC Sierra. I would recommend you go with a custom install kit like the Reese Fifth Wheel Installation Kit # RP50064-58. This kit will install in about half the time as a custom kit and will minimize drilling.
Since you said brackets you may already have rails, so if that is the case and all you need is brackets all you would need is part # RP50064. If you also need the hardware that attaches the rails to the brackets you would need part # RP58430.
