Your 225/75 load range E tires similar to our Karrier ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10303 may not be the issue you are having as generally excessive tire wear is caused by other factors.
First your Haulotte 5533A lift may have a bent axle spindle or bad bearings that would cause the tire to not sit flat on the ground while in tow. With the tire not being level it would cause the portion of the tread in contact with the ground to wear faster.
The other determining factor is air pressure. If the tires are over inflated this will cause the tire to ride more on the center of the tread which will wear the center of the tire tread faster. If under inflated it will cause the edges of the tread face to wear as the center wants to fold into the center of the wheel.
If you have been able to track your mileage that the lift has traveled and determine exactly how much the tread has worn down on different sections of the tire we will be able to determine with the manufacturer of your tire if that is within the normal range or if it is excessive and may be able to be replaced under the manufacturers tire warranty.
