Is the Lippert Center Point Suspension Upgrade Compatible With Reese 5th Airborne Air Ride Coupler

Question:

have a few questions on this system Im looking to make my ride more smoother and safer have a 5th wheel 20,000 gvwr toy hauler will this work with a reese Airborne pin box installed on trailer now i have heard that it may be possible that with an air suspension that you should go back to solid pin box to prevent to much cushion part no 5AB-E1621-610 if installed on a tri axle fifth wheel can you have all lines to one fill point or do you have to have 2 fill points , can this system be hooked up to a compressor system to always keep constant pressure what is the lowest air pressure allowed for storage and or when parked with leveling system jacks down if bag blows not likely but it can happen can trailer be safely towed to allow to get of highways and or to service station thank you for your time

The Lippert Center Point by Trailair Air-Ride Suspension Upgrade is perfectly compatible with your 5th Airborne Premium Fifth Wheel Air Ride Coupler. We have not received any reports of their being too much cushion when using the two together, or a need to switch to a solid pin box.

Since you have a triple axle, you will want the Lippert Center Point by Trailair Air-Ride Suspension Upgrade - Triple Axle # LC1565401 instead of the # LC1565391. You would need to use the two different fill valves and air gauges this comes with. According to Lippert, this cannot be used with a compressor system.

The air bags should be maintained at the pressure indicated in the manual, which is 5 psi per 1,000 lbs of trailer weight at 70 degrees ambient temperature. Should the air bags fail, you can still safely tow your trailer.

I have attached a review video of the suspension system for your reference.
