We have a city water inlet with a 1/2" FPT that is very close to what you are describing, but the flange is slightly smaller, so it isn't exact. I did want to mention it just in case it turns out you are able to use them. Each of the following inlets have a 1/2" FPT, 2-7/8" flange outer diameter, and measure 1-5/8" from the back of the flange to the end of the valve:
- RV City Water Inlet w/ Brass Check Valve - 1/2" FPT - Plastic Flange # 37262135
- RV City Water Inlet w/ Brass Check Valve - 1/2" FPT - Aluminum Flange # 37262175
- RV City Water Inlet w/ Brass Check Valve - 1/2" FPT - Metal Flange # 37262155
