The Redarc In-Vehicle BCDC Battery Charger # 331-BCDC1225D that you referenced does not require an isolation solenoid as it has that function built into it. Your starter battery would not get drawn from when the vehicle is off so you would not have to worry about your battery dying in your vehicle.
