MidHeight Ladder Rack for Truck with RetraxPRO Tonneau Cover with T-Slot Rails

Will it fit with my Retrax Pro bed cover T slot rails? 2021 F450 8ft bed

Since your 2021 Ford F-450 has the RetraxPRO tonneau cover with the T-Slot rails you'll have to use a different ladder rack as the Thule Xsporter Pro Mid Overland Truck Bed Rack # TH34RR is for truck beds that don't have anything installed on the bed sides.
For a similar ladder rack we have the Yakima OutPost HD Overland Truck Bed Rack which comes with either 68" Long HD Bars # Y01152-58 or 78" Long HD Bars # Y01152-59. To fit these with that T-Slot you're also going to need the Adapter Kit # Y01155.
Attached are some videos for you to check out. I had the opportunity to install the OverHaul HD on an F-250 but we didn't put the adapter kit on so the other video is a quick look at the adapter kit.
