Can Swagman E-Spec be Used at Rear of Motorhome
Question:
Will this be stable/safe mounted to receiver hitch bolted to travel trailer bumper? Or do you recommend a frame mounted hitch?

The Swagman E-Spec part # S94FR is rated for the rougher ride quality found at the rear of a travel trailer so it would be just fine. Now in order to determine if the rest of the setup can handle the weight you'd need check to make sure the hitch and the bumper both have the capacity needed. A frame mounted hitch in general is your best option in terms of stability but if the bumper and hitch have the needed capacity it would be fine.
