The best way to pick out a fairing is to measure the distance between the feet of the roof rack and go with a fairing length that best matches the distance you measured. You will want a Fairing that is shorter than the distance measured so it will fit between your factory rails.
For example if you measure 42 inches I'd suggest the Inno Fairing for Roof Racks - 40" Long - Black # INA261. If you measure around 46 inches I suggest the Rhino-Rack Fairing for Roof Racks - 44" Long # RRRF3.
