When Installing MagnaFlow Stainless Exhaust Tip # MF35187 Does the Factory Exhaust Need to be Cut

Do i need to cut the factory exhaust to install the clamp on one. or does it slip over the stock one .. it says its 20inches.

According to my technical contact at MagnaFlow, when installing the 20-inch Stainless Clamp-On Exhaust tip # MF35187, you will not have to cut the factory exhaust on your 2013 Dodge Ram 3500.
This part simply clamps on over your existing 4-inch diameter exhaust pipe using the welded-on band clamp.
This tailpipe tip does have a lifetime warranty from MagnaFlow.
