What is the Total Height of the Fulton Round, Snap-Ring Swivel Marine Jack

I have a very small area when I rotate this to driving position. What is the length from the bottom of the wheel to the furthest spot on top?

The total height of the Fulton Round, Snap-Ring Swivel Marine Jack part # FTJ12000101 is 24" measuring from the bottom of the wheel to the top of the tube while fully retracted. I have attached a photo below to better clarify.
