What is Minimum Distance Between Tandem Axle Trailer Tires
Question:
I replaced the tires with the same size that came on the unit. Now theres only 1inch space between the tires. Should I be concerned. Thanks for your help.

As a general rule of thumb the minimum safe distance between front and rear tires on the same side of a tandem axle trailer is 4 inches. If you only have 1 inch now I am curious what you had before. Is the trailer sitting on the ground now and the distance is 1 inch on both sides?
