The Furrion 2-in-1 Range Oven with Glass Cover, # FR37KR has the following Btu ratings:

Left cooktop burner, 6,500 BTU
Front cooktop burner, 8,000 BTU
Right cooktop burner, 6,500 BTU
Oven burner, 7,100 BTU

The British Thermal Unit (Btu) measures the amount of heat, or thermal energy, it is a standard measure used for rating the energy output of appliances and for measuring energy consumption. This standard of measurement is one BTU is equal to the energy needed to increase the temperature of one pound of water by one degree Fahrenheit. BTU is equal to the energy needed to increase the temperature of one pound of water by one degree Fahrenheit. However, trying to convert a btu to a temperature rating has many variables such as what is your operating environment and elevation. Therefore, there is no set formula to convert a Btu to degrees F for an oven.

When camping at higher elevations, the more challenging is will be to raise the temperature of you oven. I suggest you use the Valterra Oven Thermometer, # A10-3200VP. This has an accurate range from 100 degrees to 600 degrees Fahrenheit. At moderate levels of elevation, you should be able to expect the Furrion 2-in-1 Range Oven with Glass Cover, # FR37KR to reach temperatures of at least 400 degrees F.
