Are There Longer Arms Available for My Thule Bike Rack?

Advice on replacement arm that is longer. It isn’t long enough to securely mount the bike or to lock it.

Typically, Thule does not make longer attachment arms. Unfortunately, the only available option is to purchase a rack to fit the diameter measurement of your Santa Cruz Tall Boy bike. From my research, your bike has a 29-inch diameter. With that measurement, I recommend the RockyMounts MonoRail Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches # RKY10004. The MonoRail comes with a 60-pound per bike weight capacity and will be able to accommodate bikes up to 29 inches in diameter. Also, the MonoRail will be able to fit tires up to 5 inches wide. In order to confirm for sure that your bike will fit, I recommend measuring your tires' diameters before making your purchase.
