How to Tell if HydraStar Disc Brake Kit Will Fit 7K Axles

Question:

Im looking at: HydraStar Disc Brake Kit w/ Actuator for Tandem Axle Trailers - 13inch Hub/Rotor - 8 on 6-1/2 - 7K Item # HSE7K-T1 I would like to confirm that this will fit my axles. My trailer has 2 7000 pound axles. The stickers with the brand and other information were painted during manufacturing. Heres what I do know. 5 bolt flange, 1.75inch ID Inner Bearing and 1.25inch ID outer bearing. The spindle is 2.25inch diameter where the seal rides. The HydraStar Disc Brake Kit w/ Actuator for Tandem Axle Trailers # HSE7K-T1 will definitely fit on your trailer per the specs that you gave. The only thing that you'll need to double check is the stud size that your trailer wheels mount to. This kit has 1/2" studs so if that's what your current trailer uses you'll be good to go!
