I have a Jayco fifth wheel with a morryde pin box. Along with this adapter plate MR37ZR what style of gooseneck to fifth wheel adapter can I utilize? Will something similar to a EAZ-lift P/N 48490 work?

The Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter # CAB-C5G is a universal fifth wheel to gooseneck adapter that will fit just fine on your MORryde pin box. This product however should not be used with MORryde pin boxes with any cushioned or air ride 5th wheel king pin. This is a different style than the 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Coupler Adapter Mounting Plate for MORryde Pin Boxes # MR37ZR that you referenced.
