What is Difference Between Dampered and Undampered AC Floor Registers

My RV is a 1999 Mallard CT. What is the difference between dampered and undampered vents?

Dampered vents like the part # 37202-29175 have a lever you can move that closes the vent whereas undampered vents like the part # 37202-29185 that you referenced are open all the time.
