Good question, and I checked with Roadmaster for you, and correct tow bar wiring diode kit will depend on if your 2021 Jeep Wrangler has the ParkSense proximity sensors or not. If it does have the ParkSense you will need the kit with smart diodes that ensures your tail lights get the proper voltage. The reason for that is Jeeps with ParkSense have variable voltage tail lights, which means two different voltages depending on if the signal is for braking or turning.

So here is what you will need, depending on if your '21 Wrangler has ParkSense:
