Will MagnaFlow Cat-Back Exhaust System Part #MF16817 Fit 2011 Honda Accord V6 Coupe

Question:

Will the MagnaFlow Cat-Back System #MF16817 Fit a 2011 V6 Honda Accord Coupe? It says for 2009 Honda Accord V6 Coupe but I know its the same engine with the same pipe and mufflers as the 2011. I want to purchase it but I am just afraid since I dont want to make a return.

The MagnaFlow Stainless-Steel Cat-Back Exhaust for the Honda Accord V6, part # MF16817, is specified by MagnaFlow to fit the 3.5L coupe for model years 2008-09. Installation instructions are included.

My contact at MagnaFlow confirmed that their engineers have performed complete test fits for the 2008-09 model years but have not done so for the 2011 Accord Coupe. This does not absolutely mean that the system would not fit on your 2011 Accord but they are not able to confirm.

It was suggested that you might be able to check with a local dealership as to whether there were any significant changes made between the 2009 model and your 2011. Something as minor as a repositioned exhaust hanger might make an otherwise identical exhaust incompatible with this system. We offer confirmed-fit MagnaFlow cat-back exhausts for the 2011 model year for the Civic and Ridgeline only.
