Question:
The Westin HDX Xtreme Nerf Bars - Textured Black Powder Coated Steel show to be two steps per side but in the video clip they show 3 steps. Which is correct? My vehicle is a 2022 Chevy 2500HD. Also does it match up to the factory holes in the frame or do I have to drill holes? Thanks

Expert Reply:
The particular Westin HDX Xtreme Nerf Bars - Textured Black Powder Coated Steel # 56-24135 are 2-step nerf bars that fit a 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500 crew cab. If you are looking for a 3-step model, the closest style that we carry that will fit your vehicle is the Westin HDX Nerf Bars with Drop Steps - Black Powder Coated Steel # W74RV. As far as installation for both of these models, the nerf bars will install right into the factory holes in your truck, so there is no additional drilling required. The bars also come with a mounting kit with the required hardware.
