Does Gen-Y Fifth Wheel to Gooseneck Adapter Fit in Place of Lippert 1621
Question:
My truck has a 94inch flatbed body. I need at least an 8inch offset gooseneck adapter to hook up to my Fifthwheel RV. I currently have a Lippert 1621HD Pin Box on this RV. I would like to know if this hitch will work on my flatbed truck before I purshase.

The Gen-Y Fifth Wheel to Gooseneck Adapter part # GY58GR is the correct adapter to fit in place of a Lippert 1621 but it's not going to give you additional offset beyond what your pin box has.
The problem is that your flat bed is much longer than a standard truck bed which means that there isn't enough clearance between the trailer overhang and the truck bed. Unless you could install a goosneck hitch 8 inches back from behind the rear axle line in the bed of the truck there wouldn't be any type of extension adapter that would work.
